Intended Use: Dulce de leche is a type of condensed milk sweet. Traditionally, it is made by heating sweetened cow's milk until it caramelizes and achieves a thick consistency, enough to act as a spread. It's perfect with fruits or as an ice cream topping. Creamy and smooth. Ideal to be used in filling pastries, spreading cakes, cookies, churros, doughnuts, and brownies, or enjoying it alone.
